Simply one of the best and most addictive games i have ever played. Makes the atmosphere of a resident evil game feel like a kids birthday party. It looks brilliant aswell 10/10!

Fantastic but very very sick.

The gameplay and varied levels make this an addictive and rewarding game. The fight moves alone, using L1 and L2 to punch / swing weapon with either hand is novel and there's loads of combos and special moves to learn. Be warned though, It is a very scary game and has lots of jumping out of your seat moments, definitely not for the faint hearted. I had to stop playing at times because it actually freaked me out a bit. Lots of gore and violence, sometimes a bit over the top but it's so well made you just want to play on.

good game but lost interest

started off very promising, doesn't feel like other 1st person games, but i quickly got bored of fist fighting with everyone i came across and stopped playing it. the first hour scared the s**t out of me, dont play it in the dark with headphones on is all i can say to you. definitely worth a rent.

Brilliant!!!

I loved this game even though it caused nightmares. The 'surprise scare' factor of this game is brilliant as the game was designed to scare when your not ready and make scenes where you expect to get scared.(if that makes any sense at all) If you are eisily offended do not buy this game as it is messed up( no really, even mass murderers could be offended) The combat is very clever and has a good mix of melee and firearms. There is a couple of 'chase' scenes that actually made me stand up from my chair as they are so intense.

Scary but Repetitive

This game will scare the crap out of most about people especially when played all the dark. Good game at first but game can become very repetitive. Constantly killing the same sort of people/creature most of the way through. Worth the rent but dont expect too much

Not so good

I rented this out thinking it would be amazing but it wasn't. The first couple of hours is fun and dark. I wouldn't say it was sary and the hand to hand combat worked really well, but not for long. I would recommend renting it to see waht you think but stick to GTA IV and Call of Duty 4 and you'll be fine.
