Just about the right blend of silliness and fun

The bad guys better watch out when this beagles about. After a laboratory 'accident' shoeshine inherits the power to take the lead in fighting crime and making the streets safer. With the odd hitch, a mad scientist in chase, and a nose that can't help but sniff out trouble. It certainly tickled our funny bone. If you have kids its definately worth a watch, in fact if you have a sense of fun and no kids, borrow some, because its still worth a watch !.
