OMG this is really bad

Im still unsure how this really failed. A good cast an easy win for action fans. But no! it sucked big time... Even the effects looked unfinished. Infact throughout the movie i was making excuses for it... 'maybe its meant to be a B rated movie', 'Maybe it tongue in cheek bad', 'maybe it will get better'.... but no, its sucked and the start, in the middle and at the end. It had no redeeming features and I was sad that I had waisted my time watching it. But still, Im staggered that they failed to make a watchable movie that had all the potential but actually majorly succeeded in being trite!
